Gilding foil, used in textiles and leather products, creates stylish and eye-catching designs in the fashion and accessories industry.
It is applied to fabric and leather surfaces using the heat transfer method.
We offer high-quality gilding options for trendy designs.
Surface: Used in the coating processes of leather and artificial leather.
Key Characteristics: Available in metallic, holographic, and multicolor varieties. It coats completely and has a smooth release.
Application Parameters: 140°C temperature, 6 bar pressure, 3-4 m/min. Washing test should be performed 24 hours after transfer. After the adhesive is applied, the foil is transferred and separated from the PET on top.
Current dimensions: 1400mm
Surface: Used in the fashion industry for fabric coating processes such as blouses and bag fabrics.
Key Characteristic: Since it is not self-adhesive, a suitable adhesive is required for printing. Water-based and plastic-based adhesives are used in screen printing and rotary printing, while solvent-based adhesives are used in inkjet printing. Wash-off guarantee varies depending on the use of the appropriate adhesive and workmanship.
Application Parameters: Rotary printing should be applied at temperatures of 120°C-160°C at a speed of 3-6 meters/min.
For flat press printing, it should be applied for 4 seconds at a maximum temperature of 150°C.
Prolonged exposure to temperatures of 150°C and above will cause dullness or holographic formation in the foil.
Piece printing: octopus press, fixing oven, hand press, or conveyor interlining press.
Meterage printing: rotary press, smog press.
Available sizes: 1500mm 12 micron, 16 micron
Washing should be done inside out at 30°C. Iron inside out.
